摘    要:某常压烧结陶瓷级碳化硅微粉要求原料平均粒度D50<0.8μm,对原料中杂质铁、碳、硅的含量要求较严格,通过选矿和化学处理方法可使其杂质含量达到标准需求,超细磨前利用浮选分离游离碳,采用脉动高梯度强磁选机可除去70%以上铁矿物,加烧碱化学处理除去单质硅和游离硅,细磨后用混合酸进一步降低铁含量,得到杂质含量合格的产品.

Abstract:The quality requirements of atmospberic-pressure-sintered ceramic grade silicon carbide are as following: the average particle size should be less than 0.8μm, the content of impurities, such as iron,carbon and silicon, should be low. Through beneficiation and chemical processing the content of impurities can meet the requirement. In this experiment the carbon was removed with flotation before ultrafine milling, 70% of iron was separated by high gradient magnetic separator, metal and free silicon were removed by NaOH, and trace iron was removed by mixed acid after fine milling, and the qualified product could be obtained finally.
