| 摘 要： | 笔者从"半导体工艺原理"课程的教学内容、教学方法和实践能力培养等方面探索了应用型人才的培养模式,提出了以教学内容的整合为中心,以教师引导式多媒体教学与学生自主式学习相结合,并辅以必要的工艺模拟与实验、综合课程设计、生产实习等实践环节为特色的教学方法.
