RC相移振荡器频率与起振条件微分方程法分析

摘    要:基于理想运放的特点,本文建立了RC相移式正弦波振荡器输出电压满足的三阶常系数微分方程.通过解三阶微分方程,给出RC相移式振荡器输出频率表达式及起振所要满足的条件.结果显示,RC相移式振荡器输出频率不仅与移相元件参数有关,还与反馈电阻有关.最后,本文还建立了集成运放RC相移式振荡器输出频率的二阶近似公式.

Abstract:Based on the features of perfect operational amplifier,the third-order differetial equation satified for output-voltage is established for the RC phase-shift sine-wave oscillator.Via solving the third-order differetial equation,the expression of output frequency and the starting-oscillation condition for the RC phase-shift oscillatior are given.The result shows that,the output frequency is not only relative to the parameters of phase-shift components,but also relative to value of feedback resistance.Finally...
