论公民权利意识的觉醒及其立法回应

随着我国市场经济的飞速发展，人民物质生活的极大改善，人们开始注重对自己权益的保护。公民维权案例逐年递增，因公民维权事件所引发的社会群体性事件频繁发生，这直接影响了我国社会来之不易的稳定局面。面对我国公民权利意识的迅速觉醒，在法律上应完善我国的立法公开制度、立法听证制度以及充分发挥利益群体的立法参与作用来予以回应。

With the rapid devdopment of China＇ s market economy and the great improvement of people＇s material life, people have begun to pay attention to the protection of their fights. The ever- increasing cases of civil rights protection result in the frequent incidents of social groups, which directly affect the hard-won stability of our society. In response to the awakening of people＇s fights consciousnests in China, the legialative open system and hearings system should be perfected, and the full play should be given to the involvement of interest groups in the legislation.
