| Abstract: | The P.R. China is being at a transition period of transferring the planning economy to the market economy. Remarkable changes are also taking place in its occupational safety and health management system. The paper will start with the analysis of its current status to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the etablishment of independent and non-governmental third party certification/registration organization. |
