摘    要:将导电炭黑与丁腈橡胶混合制备导电聚合物复合材料,这种材料的电阻率随温度的变化呈正温度系数( P T C)效应。讨论了不同的掺入炭黑粒子浓度、混炼和硫化及成膜溶剂对室温电阻率及 P T C效应的影响。

Abstract:Conductive composites have been prepared from conductive carbon black and butadiene nitrile rubber. One of the relations of composites between temperature exhibits fairly good PTC effect. Some influences of carbon black content, processing conditions and solvent for filming against room temperature resistivity and PTC effects were investigated in detail. Experimental results show that this kind of composites can be used to the self temperature controlling heat generators at relatively low temperature.
