清解汤对流感病毒(FM1)株感染小鼠死亡保护作用的研究

目的:研究清解汤对感染流感病毒(FM1)株小鼠死亡的保护作用。方法:利用流感病毒(FM1)株感染小鼠为动物模型,以死亡保护率及对小鼠行为的影响为评价指标,观察清解汤不同剂量组在小鼠体内的抗流感病毒作用。结果:与感染模型组比较,清解汤高剂量组能降低流感病毒FM1株引起的小鼠死亡,延长小鼠存活时间,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);清解汤中剂量组亦能明显降低小鼠死亡率(P<0.05)。与板蓝根颗粒对照组比较,清解汤高剂量组亦能明显降低小鼠死亡率,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。与病毒唑对照组比较,清解汤低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。清解汤浓度与疗效有一定相关关系,但3组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清解汤具有良好的体内抗流感病毒感染作用,能降低流感病毒(FM1)株感染小鼠的死亡率,提示其对流感病毒感染小鼠有保护作用。

Research on Decoction for Clearing and Removing in Protecting Mice Infected with Influenza Virus( FM1 )Strains from Death

Objective ：To study the effect of Decoction for Clearing and Removing on protection mice infected with influenza virus（ FM1 ）strains from death. Methods ：The mice were infected by influenza virus（ FM1 ）strains to make animal models. The death protection rate and the mice behavior were as the evaluating datum to observe and evaluate the effects of low dose, middle dose and high dose of Decoction for Clearing and Removing on anti-influen- za virus. Results：Compared to model control group high dose group of Decoction for Clearing and Removing could decrease the mice death and prolong the survival time of mice, and the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Mid- dle dose group of Decoction for Clearing and Removing also could decrease the mice death markedly（P 〈0.05）. Compared to isatis control group high dose group of Decoction for Clearing and Removing could decrease the mice death remarkably（ P 〈0.05 ）. And Compared to ribavirin control group, high, middle and low dose groups of De- coction for Clearing and Removing could not decrease the mice death and there was no significant difference be- tween them （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The curative effect of low, middle and high dose groups of Decoction for Clearing and Re- moving showed upward trend, but there was not significant difference among them （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Decoc- tion for Clearing and Removing has good and reliable effect on anti-influenza virus. It can decrease the death rate of mice infected by nfluenza virus（ FM1 ）strains, and protect them from death.
