X65管线钢连续冷却相变行为的研究

摘    要:利用膨胀法,结合金相法在Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机上测定了X65管线钢不同冷却速度下连续冷却转变的膨胀曲线,获得了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线(动态CCT曲线);研究X65管线钢的连续冷却过程中奥氏体转变过程及转变产物的组织;通过对CCT曲线的分析,为现场控轧控冷工艺的制定提供了参考依据。

Abstract:By jointly using expansion method and metallographic method,the expansion curves of continuous cooling transformation at different cooling rates has been determined for X65 pipeline steel on Gleeble-1 500 hot simulation testing machine,thus the continuous cooling transformation curve(dynamic CCT curve)of the same steel grade has been obtained as well.The austenite transformation process in the course of continuous cooling transformation of X65 pipeline steel and the structure of its product have also been studied.The frame of reference for establishing controlled rolling and controlled cooling process at the site is available by analyzing the curves.
