自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床观察

目的评价自体角膜缘干细胞移植术在翼状胬肉治疗中的效果。方法翼状胬肉患者62例74眼,随机分为翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植组A和单纯翼状胬肉切除组B,术后随访5～36个月。结果A组37眼中2眼复发,复发率为5.41%,其中复发性胬肉6眼中有1眼复发,复发率为16.67%;B组37眼中12眼复发,复发率为32.43%,其中复发性胬肉4眼中有3眼复发,复发率为75%。A组与B组比较,复发率差异有显著性。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术简单易行,复发率低,疗效确切,是治疗原发性和复发性胬肉的有效手段。

Clinical effect of limbal autograft transplantation for pterygium

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of limbal autograft transplantation on pterygium treatment.Methods 74 eyes of 62 patients with pterygium were randomly divided into two groups :excision of pterygium with limbal autograft transplantation(group A,37 eyes)and simple pterygium excision (group B, 37eyes). Recurrent rate was observed during the 5 to 36 months follow-up time.Results 2(5.41%)of 37 eyes,12(32.43%) of 37 eyes showed recurrence in group A and group B ,and 1(16.67%)of 6 eyes and 3(75%) of 4 eyes showed recurrence for recurrent pterygium in each group respectively.Conclusion Transplantation of limbal autograft for pterygium can reduce the reoccurrence of pterygium. It seemed to be an effective way to treat patients with primary pterygium and recurrent pterygium.
