城市建设用地生态服务功能价值计算与应用

在参考Costanza等人对全球生态服务价值估算方法和部分结果的基础上，应用防治成本法、工程费用法、替代成本法等间接市场法估算各类建设用地对生态服务的影响价值，修正自然生态服务价值的结果，使其能反映人类活动对生态服务的影响，更符合人工或半人工生态系统的实际．结合江苏省太仓市的应用实例，通过分析、比较修正前后总体系统生态服务价值的年度变化趋势，检验方法的实用性．结果表明，建设用地对生态系统整体服务价值产生重大影响，在计算时不容忽视．

Calculative Method for Ecosystem Services Values of Urban Constructive Lands and Its Application

This paper presents a discussion of the calculative methods for ecosystem services values of urban constructive lands.Firstly,based on Costanza's calculation methods and some research results on ecosystem services values,substitution cost methods,prevented cost methods,shadow price methods and other indirect market methods were used to estimate the influencing values of constructive lands on ecosystem services.Then,in order to reflect influences of human actions on ecosystem services,and to fit artificial ecosystem or seminatural ones,results of natural ecosystem service values were modified.Taicang county in Jiangsu Province is taken as an application example to test practicability of methods by calculating the value of ecosystem services in different years and analyse the contrasting annual tendencies in different years.The results show that construction lands can greatly affect the total values of ecological services,which can not be ignored in calculation.So it is necessary and feasible to explore the calculative methods for ecological service values of constructive lands.
