摘    要:为了提高自行式振动滚压夯实机(简称滚压夯)的行走速度和运行稳定性,对滚压夯的物理样机进行了大量的实验研究.用ADAMS和SolidWorks软件联合建立虚拟样机模型并进行了动力学仿真.通过对实验数据和仿真结果的分析,验证了用ADAMS进行机械系统的仿真的可行性.对虚拟样机进行了仿真和结构优化,得到了优化的结构参数,提高了滚压夯的行走速度和运行稳定性,给出了滚压夯工作的最佳频率和合理的工作频率范围及相应的行走速度.

Experiment and Simulation of a Small Tamping Machine

Abstract:In order to raise the travel speed and improve the stability of a self-powered vibration rolling tamping machine,experimental researches on the rolling tamping prototype have been conducted.By using both ADAMS and Solid works the virtual prototype is built,and dynamic stimulation is fulfilled. The analysis of the experimental data and simulation results prove the feasibility of the mechanical system simulation with ADAMS.The optimal structural parameters are obtained based on the sinulation of the virtual prototype and optimization of the structure.Consequently,the travel speed is raised and the stability of the self-powered vibration rolling tamping machine is improved.The best working frequency,rational frequency range and the corresponding speed of travel are presented.
