| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用液电碎石仪治疗肝内外胆管难取性结石的优点。方法总结2001年7月至2004年3月应用液电碎石仪治疗216例肝内外胆管难取性结石。其中肝内胆管残余结石185例，肝外胆管残余结石31例。结果214例患者取石成功，取石成功率为99．07％，无胆道穿孔等严重并发症发生。结论液电碎石仪的应用简化了操作，减少了取石次数，减轻了患者的痛苦，降低了费用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the advantage of treating refractory residual intra- and extra-hepatolithiasis with system for electrohydraulic shockwave lithotripsy.Methods 216 patients with refractory residual intra- and extra-hepatolithiasis were treated with system for electrohydraulic shockwave lithotripsy.Results All 214 patients were treated successfully and the rate of success was 99.07 %. No serious complications occurred.Conclusion Using system for eletrohydraulic shockwave lithotripsy can ease the burden of handlers, reduce the patients' pain and depress the cost. |
