| 摘 要： | 我国农村危机管理存在着诸多问题。应对农村危机,必须因地制宜。在预警工作中,完善村民自治组织,各村之间加强横向联系,形成预警网络,同时提高乡镇政府危机处理能力,施行预见管理;展开模拟灾情急救演练,提高村民自救能力;在善后工作中,完善农村社会保障制度。

| Abstract: | There were a lot of problems in each aspect of rural public crisis management system.In the crisis management the characteristics of village society should be noticed.Meanwhile,the government should take the forecast management.The village people should practice to face the situation of a disaster.In the post-crisis management,we should perfect village social security system. |
