| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白（HbA1 c）、糖化血清蛋白（GSP）、空腹血糖（FBG）与视网膜病变的关系。方法对220例2型糖尿病患者进行HbA1 c、GSP及FBG检测并做眼底检查。其中糖尿病正常眼底（NDR）组112例,糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）组108例。结果 DR组HbA1 c及GSP值明显高于NDR组（P〈0.01）,而FBG水平DR组与NDR组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 HbA1 c及GSP可作为糖尿病患者发现DR的指标,两者结合考虑更有助于DR的发现。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),glycosylated serum protein(GSP),fasting blood glucose(FBG) and diabetic retinopathy.Methods HbA1c,GSP and FBG were examined in 220 cases of type 2 diabetes and fundus examination was done.There were 112 cases of normal fundus(NDR) and 108 cases of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Results HbA1c and GSP levels of DR group were obviously higher than that in NDR group(P<0.01),there was no siginificant difference of FBG level between DR and NDR group(P>0.05).Conclusion HbA1c and GSP can be used as the index of DR,the combinated consideration is more useful for the detection of DR. |
