摘    要:阐述了一种测量矩形工件平面度误差的新方法。首先利用圆柱度仪和角尺对被测件进行测量,同时采集原始测量数据.然后利用最小二乘法实现平面度误差的评定。采用这种测量方法可以更全面地实现对较小型矩形工件平面度误差的测量与评定。

Abstract:The paper describes a new method of measuring the flatness error of rectanglar workpiece. While the plane is measured by using the cylindricity measuring instrument and square,the data acquisition should be done at the same time. Finally,the flatness error should be evaluated by the method of least square. It is more full-scale to measure and evaluate the flatness error of the small rectangle shape workpiece.
