生物质型煤成型实验研究

摘    要:采用冷压成型工艺在一定的压力下生产出生物质型煤,并对型煤的成型性能进行了研究。结果表明,在生物质型煤中,生物质起到了粘结剂的作用。在相同的成型条件下,生物质复合型煤的抗压强度比一般型煤的抗压强度要高,并且把生物质添加量控制在一定范围内时生物质复合型煤的强度随着生物质添加量和成型压力的增大而增大。

Abstract:Bio-briquettte was produced in some compaction pressure by briquetting technology,and the effect of compaction pressure conditions on bio-briquette characteristic was studied in the paper.The results showed that biomass could be used as a kind of binder in bio-briquette.Under the same riquetting conditions,the bio-briquette had the higher compressive strength compared with conventional coal.Moreover,the strength of bio-briquette was increased with the increase of biomass dosage and compaction pressure when ...
