| Abstract: | Based on documentaries and teaching experience,this paper makes an analysis on the current situation of the quality and its development of administrators of stadium or gymnasium at college.Constructive proposals have been made by the author,such as enhancing teamwork,establishing object-oriented and supervising system,developing and assessment system,upgrading service awareness,integrating teaching into marketing time.With strategies presented,the author believes that the integrating administration of stadium or gymnasium at college must be more effective than ever. |
