我国水能资源"富矿"--怒江水电基地

摘    要:怒江中下游干流河段落差集中,水量大,淹没损失小,交通方便,施工条件好,地质条件良好,规划装机容量21 320 MW,是我国重要的水电基地之一。与以前提出的十二大水电基地相比,其技术可开发容量居第六位,待开发的可开发容量居第二位。开发怒江干流中下游丰富的水能资源是我国能源资源优化配置的需要,是西部大开发、“西电东送”的需要。

Abstract:The middle and lower reaches of the Nujiang River have the characteristics of large gradient,large flow volume,small inundated loss,convince transportation,excellent geological conditions.The Nujiang River Hydropower Base is one of important hydropower base in our country,with the planned installed capacity of 21320 MW.Compared with China's 12 big hydropower bases,the technical exploitable capacity of the Nujiang River Hydropower Base ranks the sixth,but its exploitable capacity to be developed ranks the second.To develop the rich hydropower resources in the Nujiang River is the need of optimum allocation of our country's energy resources and is the need of our Great Western Development and the Power Transmission from West to East.
