摘    要:在塔里木东河塘地区用MMH钻井液顺利钻完井深为5970m的DH1—4—7井。实验结果表明,该体系动切力、静切力、动塑比及剪切稀释指数很高,塑性粘度、极限剪切粘度、流性指数很低及结构破坏、形成快而强度不高的独特流变特性,且对粘土分散有强的抑制性和对常用处理剂有良好的配伍性。因此,全井悬浮携带钻屑均很好、井径规则,工程顺利,与邻井相比,纯钻时缩短9.1%,钻井周期缩短14.9%,节省钻头13只,取得了好的经济效益。

Abstract:DH1 - 4 - 7 well is a deep well of Donghetang area , Tarim oil field , it was successfully drilled by MMH drilling fluid . It is is indicated that MMH drilling fluid possesses special rheology property and good compatibility with other mud additives .
