| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨原发性肝细胞癌自发性破裂出血的手术疗效。方法：观察33例因肝细胞癌破裂出血行手术处理的病例急症手术和择期手术处理后的生存时间。结果：本组无手术死亡,急症手术和择期手术的平均生存时间分别为3个月和14个月。结论：择期手术处理更利于手术方案的选择和提高生存时间。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of surgery strategy in the treatment of patients with spontaneous rupture and bleeding of primary hepatocelluar carcinoma. Methods: 33 patients treated with surgery for spontaneous rupture and bleeding of parimary hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed retrospective.
