乳酸菌肽分离纯化研究

摘    要:采用凝胶层析对乳酸菌粗提液进行分离、纯化,得到乳酸菌肽纯化样品,对其含量、纯度及抑菌效果等指标进行了测定,得到纯化时间在14~18 h所收集的样品含量最高、纯度最高、抑菌效果最好。从而获得了重要的乳酸菌肽研究资料,为今后更进一步的研究打下基础。

Abstract:Crude extracted solution of Lactobacillus was separated,and purified using gel chromatography to obtain purified Lactobacillus peptide(Lp) sample.Its contents,purity,and inhibition effect against bacteria,and other targets were determined.The results showed that 14~18 hour after the purification the collected sample possessed the highest content,the highest purity,and the best inhibition effect.Therefore,important research data of Lp were obtained,and laid a good foundation for further study in the days to come.
