| 摘 要： | 介绍了突发公共事件的分类和突发公共事件给我国经济带来的巨大损失。叙述了应急管理的概念，阐述了应急管理在我国的发展现状，以及应对突发公共事件所起的作用。通过以往发生的典型突发公共事件案例，深入分析了现阶段我国应急管理在应对突发公共事件过程中的不足。

| Abstract: | The classification of public emergency events and tremendous economic loss brought by them were introduced in this paper. The concept of emergency management and its development were described, as well as its effect on public emergency events. Through some previous classical public emergency cases, the deficiency of emergency management coping with public emergency events of China was analyzed in current stage. |
