急性化脓性扁桃体炎营分证外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及临床意义

目的：探讨急性化脓性扁桃体炎营分证患者外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群数目及比值变化的临床意义。方法：将55例观察对象分为观察组（急性扁桃体炎营分证患儿）25例与对照组（健康体检儿童）30例。采用免疫荧光流式细胞技术检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋的细胞数目及细胞数比值，并进行分析比较。结果：两组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋细胞数目比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而CD4＋／CD3＋和CD4＋／CD8＋细胞数比值明显升高，CD8＋／CD3＋比值明显降低，两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：急性化脓性扁桃体炎营分证可能与T淋巴细胞CIM＋／CD3＋和CD4＋／CD8＋比值升高、CD8＋／CD3＋比值降低有关。

Changes in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and their clinical significance among acute suppurative tonsillitis patients with nutrient aspect syndrome

Objective：To investigate the changes in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets （cell count and ratio） and their clinical significance among acute suppurative tonsillitis （AST）patients with nutrient aspect syndrome. Methods ： Fifty - five subjects were divided into observation group （25 AST pediatric patients with nutrient aspect syndrome） and control group （30 healthy children）. The counts of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , and CD8 ＋ T cells in periph- eral blood and their ratios were determined by immunofluorescence flow cytometry and compared between the two groups. Results ： There were no significant differences in the counts of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , and CD8 ＋ T cells between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group, the observation group showed significant increases in CD4＋/CD3＋ ratio and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio and a significant decrease in CDS＋/CD3＋ ratio（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： AST with nutrient aspect syndrome may be related to increased CD4＋/CD3 ＋ ratio and CD4 ＋ / CD8 ＋ ratio and decreased CD8 ＋/CD3 ＋ ratio.
