LMS算法自适应均衡性能分析

摘    要:无线数据通信过程中的多径效应容易造成码间干扰,而且由于通信载体以及通信周围物体的运动,导致这种码间干扰也在随时间变化而变化。在通信系统中采用均衡技术是改善信道特性解决码间干扰之有效的方法,为此文中从时域均衡原理出发,讨论了基于LMS自适应均衡算法,并利用Matlab对算法进行了仿真。从仿真结果可以从看出步长对算法收敛性能和精度的影响,步长越小,平均误差越小,但收敛速度越慢;反之亦然。

Abstract:Multi-path effects could likely cause inter-symbol interference during the process of Wireless data communication. The equalization in an receivers is an effective method for reducing the intersymbol interference. Because of the mobility of communication carriers, the resulted inter-symbol interference is also changed with time. Based on the principle of time-domain equalization, the adaptive equalization algorithms based on LMS is descussed. MATLAB is used to simulate the algorithm, and the simulation results prove the influence of step size on the convergence performance and accuracy. The smaller the step size, the less the average error, and the pace of convergence is slower, and vice versa.
