摘    要:我国已逐步建立起大规模标准化生产为特征的越来越复杂的食品供给体系,使食品供应链的各个环节与最终服务对象越来越脱节,对现代食品供给体系实行有效监管已超出政府目前的管理能力。食品质量安全是食品企业对利益相关者的道德承诺,保障食品安全要通过保障食品链的整体安全来实现,应构建以主导企业为依托的由企业、政府、消费者等利益相关者共同参与的责任链合作网络。
