| 摘 要： | 为指导城市管理者对智慧城市建设模式进行理性选择，从智慧城市建设模式和建设环境相匹配的视角，构建了建设模式选择指标体系，分别对当前常见的5种智慧城市建设模式和城市建设环境进行评价。然后运用改进的TOPSIS 法对建设模式和建设环境之间的匹配度进行了建模分析，解决了传统TOPSIS 法中备选模式与正负理想解可能存在的距离同向性问题。研究结论中得到的垂直距离越小则表明该模式越优，即该智慧城市建设模式与该城市的建设环境越为匹配。

Selection Study of Smart City Construction Mode |

| Abstract: | To guide the city managers to make rational choice of smart city construction modes, from the matching perspective of smart city construction mode and construction situation, the evaluation index system of smart city construction selection is built, by which the 5 common smart city construction modes and the city construction situation are evaluated. Then the improved TOPSIS is used for modeling to analyze the matching rate between construction mode and construction situation, the distance isotropic problems between positive and negative ideal solution faced by the common TOPSIS has been solved. Study conclusion shows that the mode with minimum vertical distance matches the city best. |
