年轻恒磨牙一次性根管治疗的临床评价

目的：评价一次法和多次法根管治疗对牙髓坏死的年轻恒磨牙术后疼痛及疗效的影响。方法：选取11-18岁150颗牙髓坏死的恒磨牙，随机分成两组，分别采用一次法和多次法完成根管治疗。所有患牙的根管中上段2／3均用GG钻敞开，根尖1／3采用逐步后退法预备，牙胶冷侧压法充填根管。采用MohaSulong提出的疼痛分级法记录充填后疼痛的程度。数据采用x^2检验。结果：一次法和多次法在术后疼痛、根管治疗疗效的差异上没有统计学意义。结论：一次法根管治疗应用于无症状的年轻恒磨牙是可行的，但要注意控制感染和适应症选择。

Effectiveness of molars in adolescent patients undergoing one -visit root canal treatment.

Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of one-visit versus multiple-visit endodontic therapy for adolescent molars with pulp necrosis. Method： 150 patients aged 11-18years presenting with molars with pulp necrosis were assigned randomly into two treatment groups： one-and multiple-visit. The canals of all teeth were prepared using a preflaring （2 / 3 middle-cervical） and step-back （1 / 3 apical） preparation technique and filled with lateral compacted gutta-percha and sealer. Postobturation pain was recorded using the Moha Sulong~s pain grading system. Data were statistically analyzed using Chi-square test. Result： There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of poatobturation pain and the effectiveness of endodontic therapy between two groups. Conclusion： One-visit endodontic therapy is feasible in selected cases of adolescent molars with pulp necrosis.
