低温烧结BaO-TiO_2-ZnO系陶瓷的研究

摘    要:将ZnO-H3BO3(ZB)玻璃作为烧结助剂添加到BaO-TiO2-ZnO系(BTZ)陶瓷中,以实现BTZ陶瓷的低温烧结。研究了ZB玻璃的加入及球磨时间对BTZ陶瓷的烧结性能和介电性能的影响。结果表明:ZB玻璃的加入,明显降低了BTZ陶瓷的烧结温度。添加质量分数6%的ZB玻璃、球磨10 h时,BTZ陶瓷能够在950℃下致密烧结,获得良好的介电性能(1 MHz):εr=35.55,tanδ=2.2×10–4,–10×10–6/℃<α<+10×10–6/℃(–55~+125℃)。

Abstract:ZnO-H3BO3(ZB) glass(as sintering aid) was added to lower the sintering temperature of BaO-TiO2-ZnO system(BTZ) ceramics.The effects of addition of ZB glass and milling time on the sinterability and the dielectric properties of BTZ ceramics were investigated.The results show that sintering temperature of the BTZ ceramics is decreased obviously with the addition of ZB.The BTZ ceramics which doped with 6%(mass fraction) ZB glass and milled for 10 h,are densely sintered at 950 ℃ with good dielectric properties(at 1 MHz): εr=35.55,tanδ = 2.2×10–4,–10×10–6/℃<α<+10×10–6/℃(–55~+125 ℃).
