迟发性运动障碍患者血清尿酸及总胆红素的变化及其临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨抗精神病药所致迟发性运动障碍(TD)患者体内尿酸及总胆红素水平与TD的关系:方法测定65例TD(TD组)、58例非TD(非TD组)慢性精神分裂症患者及42名正常人(对照组)血清尿酸及总胆红素浓度,并与异常不自主运动量表(AIMS)总分间的相关性采用直线相关分析。结果TD组血尿酸水平低于对照组(P〈0.01)及非TD组(P〈0.05),TD组不同性别血尿酸水平对比差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。TD组总胆红素水平低于对照组(P〈0.05)。血尿酸及总胆红素水平与PD患者的病情轻重无明显相关性(r=-0.26及-0.31,P〉0.05),血尿酸及总胆红素水平之间无明显相关性(r=0.33,P〉0.05)。结论血清尿酸及总胆红素水平与TD的发生有一定的关系。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of serum uric acid and total bilirubin level in patients with tardive dyskinesia(TD) and their relationship with TD. Methods The serum levels of uric acid and total bilirubin in normal volunteers( n = 42), schizophrenic patients with TD ( n = 65 ) and schizophrenic patients without TD ( non - TD, n = 58 ) were assayed. Results The serum level of uric acid in patients with TD was significantly lower than those in normal controls ( P 〈0.01 ) and non - TD group( P 〈0.05) . There was no significant gender difference of the serum uric acid level in patients with TD( P 〉 0.05). The serum level of total bilirubin in patients with TD was significantly lower than that in normal controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). The correlation coefficients between the serum uric acid , total bilirubin level and to- tal score of AIMS in patients with TD were -- 0.26and -0.31 ( P 〉0.05). There was no significant relation between the serum uric acid and total bilirubin level in patients with TD ( r = 0.33, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The serum uric acid and total bilirubin may be involved in the development of TD.
