高铬铸铁动态力学性能研究

摘    要:通过SHPB实验得出在不同温度.不同应变率下的高铬铸铁Cr15Mo的应力-应变曲线,选用Johnson—Cook材料模型确定材料的本构关系,将此本构关系输入到Abaqus有限元分析软件来进行高铬铸铁的高速切削加工的仿真与模拟。

Abstract:In this paper, the σ-ε relation of high-chromium cast iron Cr15Mo under different temperatures and strain rates are educed from the test of Split Hopkinson Press Bar (SHPB), then Johnson-Cook metal constitutive model is selected and put to determine the constitutive relation of Cr15Mo. The constitutive relation can be used to emulate and simulate the high-speed cutting of Cr15Mo.
