| 摘 要： | 目的:评价MRI对膝关节骨挫伤的诊断价值和临床意义。方法:回顾性分析50例骨挫伤患者的MRI资料,观察骨挫伤的MRI表现和合并的其他损伤。结果:50例患者骨挫伤61处,合并韧带损伤17例,半月板损伤19例,隐性骨折2例。结论:MRI可以准确显示膝关节骨挫伤的部位和范围及关节附属结构的损伤,推断其受伤机制,对临床诊断、治疗具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate MRI in the diagnosis of the knee contusion and its clinical significance.Methods:The MRI materials of 50 cases having knee contusion were retrospeectively analyzed,including the location of contusion and injuries of the adjunctive structure.Results:Of the 50 cases,61 areas of knee contusion werw found ,which includeed 17 ligament injuries,19 cases with meniscus injuries and 2 cases with occult fractures.Conclusion:MRI can accurately disapely the locateion and area of bone contusion of ... |
