华能福州电厂锅炉水冷壁氢损伤爆管分析

摘    要:通过对有关管样的试验分析,认为华能福州电厂2号炉水冷壁爆管是一起因柠檬酸酸洗不当引发的氢损伤爆管。分析了由柠檬酸引起的垢下氢腐蚀损伤特征,并通过采用羟基乙酸 甲酸进行再次酸洗,消除了隐患。迄今,2号炉水冷壁管运行正常,没有再发生垢下腐蚀和氢损伤。

Abstract:Directing against the tube-burst failure of water-wall in boiler no.2 of Huaneng Fuzhou Power Plant,through test and analysis of related tube samples, it is believed that the said failure is due to tube-burst of hydrogen damage resulting from unsuitable acid cleaning with citric acid solution.The characteristics of hydrogen corrosion damage under scale caused by citric acid have been analysed,and the said hydrogen damage under scale being preliminarily approached. After adopting hydroxyacetic acid formic acid to carry out cleaning again,the hidden peril has been removed.So far,the water-wall of boiler no.2 is in normal operation,corrosion and hydrogen demage under scale haven't been discovered again.
