| 摘 要： | 高校的后勤社会化改革是一项复杂的系统工程。建立在原中等专业学校基础上并迅速发展起来的高职院校，学生食宿条件紧、缺、差的窘境已成为学校教育发展的“瓶颈”。如何克服“瓶颈”的制约，如何摆脱“学校办社会”的局面?本文对高职院校后勤社会化改革的背景及社会化改革中的认识问题作了分析，并提出高职院校后勤社会化改革应该走优化自身结构与社会化相结合的道路。
