| 摘 要： | 农药残留超标是消费者比较关心的问题,关系到消费者身体健康与国际贸易.开展农药残留的膳食暴露评估对我国的食品质量安全控制有重要意义.本文就最大残留限量和日允许摄入量的关系,农药残留膳食暴露评估的模式和累积性暴露评估进行了阐述,并对我国农药残留的膳食暴露评估提出几点建议.

| Abstract: | Food safety is a hot topic concerned by all stakeholders, has a significant effect on consumer's health and international trade. The pesticide residues are more concerned by consumer, carrying out exposure estimate for pesticide residue from dietary is most important for food safety and quality control in China. The relationship between MRLs(maximum residue limits) and ADI(acceptable of daily intake) was discussed in this paper. The model of exposure estimate and cumulative exposure were also illuminated, and some advices were given for pesticide residues exposure from dietary. |
