苎麻织物生物酶前处理工艺

摘    要:选用纤维素酶和果胶酶对苎麻织物进行退煮处理,并研究它们对苎麻漂白工艺的影响.通过正交试验,分别确定两种生物酶单独退煮后,用双氧水进行漂白,以及两种生物酶协同作用退煮后,用双氧水进行漂白的最佳酶处理及漂白工艺条件.试验证明,纤维素酶与果胶酶的协同作用,能较好地实现煮练的目的,并在漂白后,使织物具有较高的白度、毛效及较低的强力损失.

Abstract:Pectinase and cellulase were chosen for ramie desizing and scouring. Effects of enzyme treatment on bleaching process were discussed. Via orthogonal experiments, the optimum processes are defined with pectinase and cellulase treatment alone and their combination followed by peroxide hydrogen bleaching. It is found that synergism of pectinase and cellulase can imoart the ramie fabric better scouring results, as well as less reduction in strength.
