摘    要:从总费用的角度提出了输油管道及其保温层进行同步设计的设想,根据Yong经济学原理,得到了保温管道总费用方程及确定最佳钢管外径和保温层厚度的计算公式。通过算例探讨了钢管外径和保温层厚度的关联关系以及经济条件等参数对管道设计的影响。

Abstract:The concept of synchronous design for oil transmission pipeline and its insulating layer is put forward from the angle of total expenses. An equation for the total expenses of insulated pipeline and the calculation formula determining the optimal external diameter of steel pipe and the optimal thickness of insulating layer are obtained on the basis of the principle of exergy economics. The relationship between the external diameter of steel pipe and the thickness of insulating layer as well as the influence of economic conditions and other parameters on pipeline design are discussed with calculation examples.
