针刺治疗急性寰枢关节半脱位疗效观察

目的　观察针刺治疗寰枢椎半脱位的疗效。方法　将 2 0 0例寰枢椎半脱位者随机分为 3组。治疗组以针刺合手法推拿治疗 10 0例 ,另设西药组 4 0例 ,牵引组 6 0例。结果　治疗组愈显率 88% ,有效率 98% ;西药组愈显率 5 0 % ,有效率 6 0 % ;牵引组愈显率 5 0 % ,有效率 6 6 %。 3组总有效率比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　针刺结合推拿治疗急性寰枢关节半脱位疗效优于西药及牵引治疗。

Observations on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture on patients with Acute Atlantoaxial Subluxation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation. Method Two hundred patients with atlantoaxial subluxation were randomly divided into 3 groups. A treatment group of 100 cases received acupuncture and massotherapy. A Western medicine group of 40 cases and a traction group of 60 cases were established as well. Results The cure and marked effectiveness rate and the effective rate were 88% and 98%, respectively, in the treatment group, 50% and 60%, respectively, in the Western medicine group, 50% and 66%, respectively, in the traction group. There was a significant difference in the total efficacy rate among the 3 group (P<0.01).
