超短脉冲微细电解加工电源研制

摘    要:本文提出一种用于微细电解加工的超短脉冲─纳秒级脉冲电源,其最小稳定输出脉宽100ns,额定电流1A,占空比和频率均独立可调。该电源采用直流加斩波输出方案,直流部分采用稳压集成块调压,电路简单可靠,成本低廉。设计的高频信号发生器工作频率范围宽,波形调节方便;快速驱动信号具有陡峭的上升和下降沿,为斩波器提供了良好的驱动保证。斩波主器件采用快速互补功率场效应管,解决了波形失真问题。针对微细电解加工工艺的特点设计快速保护电路,实现高精度的微细电解加工。利用本电源样机加工出典型微细零件,验证了该电源的有效性。

Abstract:A nanosecond pulse power supply for micro-ECM (Electrochemical Machining) designed and made. It can produce the pulse shortened to 100ns, independent frequency and duty-cycle adjustments, which provides foundation for micro-ECM. The power supply is developed by adopting the scheme of DC-plus-chopper. This can reduce the cost and weight of the power supply, and improve its efficiency. The high frequency generator has merits with wide work frequency and easy adjustment of waveform. The rise time and fall time of the driver waveform could be in few nanoseconds, so it will offer guarantee to drive the chopper device. Complementary MOSFET is applied in chopper circuit which avoids wave-shape distortion in machining. The fast over-current-protection circuit has been designed, which ensures micro-ECM can go on wheels. The typed micro parts have been machined using this supply power, and its validity has been accomplished.
