摘 要: | 在一维沉降炉上进行了煤粉燃烧时Nox生成特性的实验研究,系统考察了煤粉燃烧时Nox生成的影响因素。实验表明Nox的生成与炉内温度,过量空气系数,二次风温,一二次风比值,给粉量,煤粉细度及煤种有密切关系。通过Nox生成规律的研究,对煤粉炉控制Nox排放有一定的指导意义。

Study on the Formation of NOx during Coal Combustion |

Abstract: | This study of the formation of NOx during coal combustion was carried out in one-dimension subsiding furnace. The factors that influence the formation of NOx are being discussed. Experiments show that the amount of NOx emanation depends intimately on the furnace temperature, excess air factors,the temperature of the second wind, the ratio of the first wind and the second wind, the supply of coal powder, the quantity of coal powder, coal category etc. These results will provide with some practical instructions on the control of NOx during coal combustion in some boilers. |
