健康体检人群的健康状况调查

目的]分析健康体检人群中的健康状况,总结健康体检中心的护理管理对策.方法]对2011年1月至2011年12月我体检中心体检的人群进行抽样调查,随机抽取3684例作为调查样本,将样本的体检结果录入计算机进行分析,并对健康体检中心的护理管理进行总结.结果]①3684人中有2273人检查出疾病或异常,检出率为61.7％；检出前5位的疾病分别是高脂血症、高血压、高血糖、骨密度下降、肥胖或超重.不同年龄段疾病检出率比较有统计学差异(P＜0.05).②护理管理是体检中心工作中重要的一环,护理人员应认真按照护理流程进行,为体检者提供优质的服务,通过有效的护理管理可以在一定程度上提高体检中心的服务质量.结论]高脂血症、高血压、高血糖、骨密度下降、肥胖或超重等是影响人群健康的主要疾病,健康体检可以早期发现,起到有病早知,无病防病的作用,提高人民的生活质量.

A survey on healthy status of physical examination people

Objective To analyze the health status in physical examination people. Methods A sample survey was conducted to the people having physical examination in examination center of our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011, random sample from 3684 cases as the survey sample, the physical examination of the sample results were input into the computer for analysis, and nursing care management was summarized. Results The 2273 people were found to have the disease or abnormal detection, rate of 61.7%; those detected in the top 5 for the disease were as follow： hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hyperglycemia, decreased bone mineral density, obesity or overweight. Different ages of disease detection rates were found to have significant difference （P〈 0.05）. ② Nursing management was an important part of the examination center work, nurses should carefully operate in accordance with the nursing process to provide quality services for the physical examination, effective care management can improve the service quality of the medical center to a certain extent. Conclusion Hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hyperglycemia, decreased bone mineral density, obesity or overweight are the major diseases affecting human health, healthy examination can provide early detection, playing a role in early finding disease, preventing from disease, and improving people＇s quality of life.
