航空维修用手持式智能超声探伤仪的研制

摘    要:针对海军飞机原位探伤需要,应用超声检测和计算机技术,采用嵌入式系统,结合C语言编程,研制了手持式智能超声探伤仪,并对某型直升机尾桨叶大梁裂纹试件进行了探伤试验.结果表明仪器达到了设计要求,可用于海军各型飞机的超声探伤.

Abstract:Aimed at the demand of flaw detecting of naval plane,a portable intelligent ultrasonic flaw detector was designed,which was based on ultrasonic testing and computer techniques,combining built-in system and C language program.The stroke oar leaf crossbeam of a certain helicopter was tested.Testing results showed that the instrument met the design demand,and could be used for flaw detecting for various type naval plane.
