碳化硅悬浮浆料粘度损失研究

Abstract:Silane coupling agent grafted to 1.2μSiC powder and graded with 100μSiC powder,studies the relationship of SiC powder Zeta potential and slurry solid-phase volume content,viscosity increment. In alkaline conditions,SiC surface hydrolysis is the reason of the Zeta potential changes and paste viscosity loss.Inspects the wetting agents ethylene oxide,Ethoxylate Alcohol ether(AEO)to the influence of Zeta potential loss.Joining 0.08wt%AEO,68vol%of modified slurry after stiring 12h,Zeta potential loss reduced from 22%to 10%,viscosity increment from 630mPa?s to 230mPa ?s and green density increased to 2.69 g/cm~(-3).
