摘    要:利用园筒模型建立了 EFP最大伸长条件 ,并据此编制程序对某 EFP的装药及药型罩结构进行了优化设计 .通过对 EFP成型过程的数值模拟和 X光摄影试验的对比 ,证明了该条件对于获得大长细比 EFP的装药及药型罩结构设计是可行的

Abstract:Using barrel model, the paper has established the maximum obtainable elongation condition for EFP, and computer code used for optimizing the charge and liner structure of EFP under the condition has been compiled. With the help of the computer code, a charge and liner structure of EFP has been optimized, and the formation courses of EFP before and after charge and liner structure optimum design have been numerically simulated. EFP flash X ray photography experiments have been made with the charge and liner structures used bynumerical simulation, and the results produced by experiment and numerical simulation have been compared. Experiments basically reflect the numerical simulation result, proves that the condition established by the article for the maximum obtainable elongation EFP is correct.
