| 摘 要： | 为了能够有效预防交通事故和真实地再现事故过程，采用视频检测技术对交通事件进行实时检测，分析了检测的原理，交通参数采集的方法和事件算法，并对各种算法的性能进行了比较。在此基础上集成了车牌识别功能，运用在交通事故的再现分析上。最后，综合事件检测和事故再现上的应用，提出了基于视频检测技术的交通安全系统的框架结构，并在实际应用中验证了系统的性能。

| Abstract: | For preventing traffic accident in effect and repeating accident process really, Video detection technology is applied to traffic incident detection system, to analyze the detection principle, the way of collecting traffic data and the incident arithmetic. Besides, the functions of various arithmetics to traffic accident repeating system were compared. At last, the author puts forward a system structure of video detection technology applied in traffic safety, and the performance of the system is validated in the practice. |
