肺癌患者血浆D-二聚体检测的临床意义

目的:探讨肺癌患者血浆D-二聚体浓度的临床意义。方法:胶体金法检测132例不同病理类型的肺癌患者和30例健康体检者的血浆D-二聚体水平。结果:肺癌患者血浆D-二聚体水平显著高于正常对照组(t=1.992;P<0.05)。随着肿瘤的扩散转移,血浆中D-二聚体水平明显升高,肺癌转移患者血浆D-二聚体水平相对未转移组有明显差异(t=1.192;P<0.05)。不同病理类型的肺癌患者血浆D-二聚体水平差异无显著性。结论:肺癌患者存在着明显的凝血、纤溶激活状态。D-二聚体浓度异常升高的肺癌患者容易发生癌转移。不同病理类型肺癌患者的血浆D-二聚体水平无明显差异。血浆D-二聚体的检测对肺癌早期诊断、临床分期、预后判断可能有一定的帮助。

Clinical significance of plasma D-dimer detection in patients with lung cancer

Objective： To determine the clinical significance of the measurement of the plasma D-dimer in patients with lung cancer. Methods： The plasma levels of D-dimer were detected by colloidal gold method in one hundred and thirty-two lung cancer patients with different histologic types. There were also thirty healthy people in control group. Results： The plasma levels of D-dimer in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those of control group（t=1. 992, P〈0.05）. They became higher with the proliferation of tumor metastasis, and there were marked differences among each group（t=1. 192, P〈0.05）, but they were not correlated to histological classification.Conclusion：Activation of coagulationand fibnnolysis exist in lung cancer patients. The abnormal increase of the D-dimer level means the more possibility of metastasis especially when it rises continually. There appears to be the same levels of clotting activation according to histologic types of tumor. The measurement of the plasma D-dimer may has some help with the early diagnosis, treatment and the prognosis of the lung cancer.
