| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍医用辐射装置、放射源的重要性以及诊疗行政管理的必要性.方法:坚持放射诊疗正当化的原则,反对不正当的医疗照射,加强放射诊疗质量管理安全,加强对相关人才的引进和培养,确保医疗安全质量.结果:通过对医院内辐射装置的有效管理,积极促进医疗机构健康、可持续发展,减少医源性事件和医疗纠纷,确保工作人员、患者和公众的健康,为构建和谐社会做出贡献.结论:辐射装置的行政管理工作是医院管理中全新的工作内容,并且是医院医疗质量安全管理中的重要组成部分.

| Abstract: | Objective： To introduce the medical radiation device and the importance of diagnosis and treatment of radioactive source. Methods： Radiation device administration is the management of hospitals in the new content of the work, it is the hospital medical quality safety is an important component of hospital construction. Results： Through effective management of radioactive devices in hospitals, the hospitals can be developed safely and medical-source events can be reduced to ensure the health of hospital staffs, patients and public. Conclusion： The management of radioactive devices in hospitals is a new work. Meanwhile, it is an important part for ensuring medical safety in the hospitals. |
