| 摘 要： | 目的 评价快通道外科方案(FTS)在胃癌根治术中的应用价值.方法 将2007年1月-2008年3月同济大学附属第十人民医院普外科收治的符合人选标准的胃癌患者随机分为FTS组和对照组.比较两组手术前后的应激指标、术后恢复情况、住院时间、住院费用和术后并发症的发生率.结果 FTS组术后第1、3天的C反应蛋白(CRP)以及术后第1天的血清皮质醇和胰岛素水平均低于对照组(P值均＜0.05).FTS组的住院时间、住院费用和术后并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P值均＜0.05).结论 FTS能减轻胃癌根治术患者的应激反应,促进术后康复,减少手术并发症.
