粮油食品综合实验楼箱基地下室的防水施工及问题探讨

地下室防水工程质量好坏,直接影响到工程的寿命和各种设备的正常使用.目前,有不少地下室防水效果不理想,存在渗漏水现象.根据不同情况,寻找有效防治措施,对保证工程质量有一定现实意义.在粮油食品综合实验楼地下室防水工程施工中,我们采用了混凝土自防水.加之素灰、水泥砂浆防水层做法,经过去年一个雨季的实践观察,未发现渗漏现象,收到了良好效果.

A Discussion on Waterproof Construction and Some Relevant Problems of the Cased-Foundation Basement of Grain-oil-Foodstuff Comprehensive Lab Building

The waterproof construction quality of the basement has a direct bearing on the project serve life and the normal utilization of facilities. At present, the waterproof performance of basement construction in our country is not always ideal, with leakage a common phenomenon. Therefore, it is of practical significance in the guarantee of project quality to seek an effective measure of prevention against water leakage according to specific conditions. In the waterproof construction of the basement of Grain-Oil-Foodstuff Comprehensive Lab Building, we introduce a technique of using waterproof concrete sandwiched with ash lime and cement mortar as a waterproof layer, and it proves satisfactory in the rainy season, with no leakage found at all
