| 摘 要： | 利用定量和定性分析的方法,多角度阐述并分析了影响服装生产智能化的因素,认为服装产品流行性强、生命周期短、品种多、批量小、技艺结合的半手工生产方式和服装产品绝对利润低的特点,以及现有的智能化设备和系统与企业需求不吻合,应用人才缺乏等,均是影响服装生产智能化的重要因素。指出开发人工智能化设备与系统及加强人才培养,是推进服装生产智能化进程亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | By the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,the effect factors of garment production intelligence are analyzed from the multi-perspective.And it introduces the garment products characteristics with strong popularity,short life cycle,multi-species,small batch,the semi-manual production mode and Absolute low profits.Existing intelligent equipment and systems cannot coincide with enterprise needs.Applying talent is also Absent.The above-mentioned aspects are the important effect factors affecting garment production intelligence.The urgent solution to garment production intelligence is to develop artificial intelligent system and equipment including strengthen personnel training. |
