电压闪变的相关标准及分析

Introduction and Analysis of Relative Standards of Voltage Flicker

Voltage flicker is an important index of power quality.Recently,with the wide use of power fluctua-ting loads,the harm caused by voltage flicker is becoming more and more serious.Firstly relative international standards,national standards and basic concepts of voltage flicker were introduced briefly,then the short-term flicker severity value and the long-term flicker severity value in detail which are two evaluation indexes of the flicker severity and given by IEC standards were presented,finally some basic concepts and the difference between new national standard and international standards were analyzed.The evaluation method of the flicker severity of IEC adopted by new national standard is scientific and accurate,but it is indicated that the specification for the limited value of voltage flicker of exceed-high-voltage power system should be added in new national standard.
